1. Stroke
Stroke is a health condition where some body parts fail to function properly. Carotid arteries can get blocked due to the heavy snoring. Such blockage continuously narrows down arteries and in the end, result in stroke.
2. Arrhythmia
Arrhythmia is a common side effect of snoring. It’s a condition associated with the irregular pumping of the blood by the heart. Snoring lowers the air supply rate for the manufacturing energy to pump blood.
3. Gastroesophageal Reflux DiseaseIt’s a condition where the ingested food is dragged back because of the abdominal contracting and expanding of oesophagal tract.
4. Issues with the expecting mothers
Snoring affect the manufacturing of energy due to its inhibiting of proper breathing. For this reason, the body of an expecting mother needs to strain for it to meet the normal body functioning. Both mother and the foetus get affected this way.
