A Jubilee Member of Parliament from Gusii region has condemned Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria over his alleged claims that President Uhuru Kenyatta is developing opposition coalition strongholds
Nyaribari Chache MP Richard Tong'i argued that Kuria is immature and he should keep off the president''s affairs.
"The President should serve Kenyans without fear or favor. People like Kuria opposing Uhuru's efforts to launch various projects across the county should be ignored," he said.
Tong'i insisted that elected leaders should be at the front line championing for development without discrimination.
The lawmaker urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to step up efforts to develop the country with the help of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
"I'm appealing to Mr Kenyatta not to lose hope in serving Kenyans irrespective of how they voted for him during the 2017 polls. Kenyans deep in villages deserves development," said the tough-talking MP.
He reiterated that Jubilee leadership is one and no one can succeed to split the party.
"No politician will penetrate through and split the ruling party ahead of 2022 polls because the party is united and focused," he added.
