1. I will do it tomorrow

The problem with postponing actions into the future is that it makes it easier to keep pushing them away. The best time to do what you wish to do is right now. If you want to make a life change that’s going to benefit you, do it right away.

2. I am not able

This is one of the biggest lies. it simply tells you that you are not ready or you need more time. However, it is important to know that you are more than capable of doing what you think you can't do. It only depends on how you seize your power.

3. Things will never be good

Everyone faces some challenges in life but how you respond to them is what matters most. Just because today is a terrible day doesn’t mean tomorrow won’t be the best day of your life.

4. I don't have a choice

What always separates us from what we want is the desire to move forward. We all have choices but are no ready to add more effort to achieve what we want.
