For this reason, you are charged with the responsibility to make your woman feel better about her body. 

1. Let her know the things you love about her body

If you are up to raising your wife's confidence level, then, it is time you mention those things you love about her body. While doing this, ensure you mean it and do not make any negative comments alongside the good ones. 

When you talk about some of the things you love about her body, she wears some happiness and becomes comfortable with how she looks. 

2. Turn her negative comments about her body into positive

She might one day tell you she is worried because she is growing fat. Things will fall apart when you tell her "yeah, you are truly growing fat" or when you directly say "you should hit the gym, you know". 

The best way you can handle this is by turning her negative comments about herself into positive. Say something like "I think you're beautiful inside and out, I'm worried you're thinking of losing some weight". This can change her perspective.

3. Make her know she is the one 

Here, we are talking about making her feel that she yours and you are hers. You can do this by abstaining from commenting about other women because she will pick all your comments, filter them and try to reflect whether they fit her too. 

Besides, she will be worried about why you never comment about her while you do to other women.
