Jumwa on Friday snatched the microphone from Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Edwin Sifuna during the funeral service of Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi, accusing him of politicizing the function.

On Saturday, she took the craze a step further taking the matter on Twitter, and captioning it; "The dejected Sifuna".

However, she was met with criticism for portraying immaturity, with a group of others hailing Sifuna for simply walking away.

Leading the pack was renowned lawyer and opposition sympathizer Nelson Havi who noted that Sifuna won the match by denying Jumwa the pig fight she was seeking.

"Edwin Sifuna denied you what you craved for most: a pig fight. Shame on you!" wrote Havi.

In concurrence, ODM Director of Communications Philip Etale hailed Sifuna for softly ending the matter.

"Luhya men don't engage women in mediocrity. Now you know," he wrote.

Sifuna was later allowed to finish his speech.

Speaking after the humiliating incident, he noted that he would never confront a woman, hence his decision to exit the podium and head over to the seats.
