Chemicals from manufacturing industries are not always good for your health. This is why you are advised to wear dusk guard so as to prevent dust and chemicals from gaining entry into your body system.
Most of the chemicals, dust and asbestos emanating from the workplace have been linked to various lung disorders.
Here are the jobs that negatively affect your lungs;
1. Housekeeping and cleaning
The so-called cleaners have hazardous chemicals. When they come into contact with your lungs, you are likely to suffer from various potential lung diseases. They can even block your air sacs and make you experience breathing problems.
"Cleaners are reactive chemicals, meaning that they react with the dirt and also with your lung tissues," says Dr Von Essen.
2. Construction
This job pays handsomely but when it comes to health, it can pose more risks to your body. The cement's specks of dust often have effects on your lungs. Chances of you falling victim to various diseases are awfully high due to overexposure to asbestos and such.
3. Farming
Using the pesticides and insecticides including the fertilizers without putting on your protectives can be dangerous. You may end up contracting asthma and such related complications. To avoid this, you better start putting on your dusk guard.
