Master John Onkendi, the golden boy who astonished the nation over his masterly of contemporary issues, revealed why he'd stubbornly refused to give KTN anchors an interview.
Despite thrilling fans at Radio Maisha earlier on, Onkendi could only stare at Mary Kilobi and Stephen Mukangai as viewers waited for the interview.
And on live TV, Onkendi insisted that 'people knows questions they were asking him and that he was not interested in TV'.
"I am not going to answer that. People already know because I said it in the morning.
"Furthermore, I don't know about TV, my interest is just my all time favourite Radio Maisha," said Onkendi as anchors watched in disbelief.
His talent was first discovered in a vital clip on Facebook that was captured at their Suneka home.
On social media, hundreds of users sided with his former teacher, who had rendered him mentally unstable.
"The teacher was right. Someone can't say that this boy is exhausted. He could have answered. He's just mentally unstable," said Lydiah.
Through Radio Maisha, thousands of fans have contributed over Sh600,000 towards the 10-year-old kid, who is now supposed to go back to school.
In the radio interview, he could easily name all presenters alongside EPL players, further shocking fans.
