Nobody is hard hit by the troubles TV star Jacque Maribe is going through like her family members.
Since things became thick, Jacque first went hiding into her parent’s house before she surfaced at the Kilimani DCI offices.
Her elder sister Cathylene Maribe shared an emotional message on her Facebook page over what the sassy journalist is going through.
She shared a photo of her and the younger Maribe and said: “Faith tells me that no matter what lies ahead, God is already there.”
A friend of the journalist told this writer that her family has been supportive since the issue of murder of Monica Kimani hit the nation.
“The family is supportive. They know her only mistake was to fall in love,” the friend said.
When Maribe was arraigned at the Kiambu law courts, her father and mother were in court to follow the proceedings.
When the court gave the go-ahead to have her behind days for 11 days, she gave her mum a quick but warm hug.
“Had the hug stayed for a few more seconds, her blinking eyes would have given in to tears,” the friend added.
