A renowned political analyst has revealed there are two factions within President Uhuru Kenyatta led Jubilee Party.
Speaking during an interview with Hot 96 FM on Monday, political analyst Mark Bichachi said that theJP has been divided into two, with each side advancing a set agenda.
According to Bichachi, one of JP's faction is entirely into development and fighting corruption. This side is the progressive one as it is aiming at improving the lives of Kenyans and bringing up the country.
“There is a side of Jubilee that is very progressive, that is about, let us bring the country, let us fight corruption,” said Bichachi.
However, the other faction is addictively aimed at fighting and insulting the opposition leader. He added that this side of Jubilee does not engage in development activities neither do they participate in public discussions.
“Then there is a side of Jubilee that still wants to fight Raila, insult Raila and you can see that," said the analyst. "Jubilee was created for the sole function of beating Raila."
"There are people who all they do is insulting Raila and that is why they are not even on TV because they do not know anything else to say. The entire IQ is summed up in insulting Raila. They feel disjointed in the environment where the only thing to talk about is development,” opined the analyst.
