The guests claimed the day was purely meant for them and were supposed to be included in main speeches to encourage people who are living with the virus and might have lost hope.

"We are much worried because we were officially invited to this function as guests but now we have been locked out of the speeches. Why did they invite us and this was our day? Its totally wrong and we are not happy about this. We have been seated here since and we arrived early but the chief guest has closed the function without us being given time to speak. This is discrimination," they said.

The most crucial Guests claimed they were even omitted out of T-shirts bearing campaign messages which were being dished out by the various non-governmental organizations who organised the event.

"This is wrong. We have not been given even a T-shirt and we can see many people wearing them and they are ours too. Please consider us. Let the government consider us too,"

Their unstoppable cries were heard and before people were allowed to leave the venue after the chief guest finished with closing remarks.

The guests were finally allowed and were given humble time to express their long journey with the Virus.

The planners highly apologized and promised the same will never happen again.
