The leader of majority in the National Assembly Aden Duale on Saturday surfaced after months of being away from the political scene.
Duale, who is considered an ardent supporter of Deputy President William Ruto, has been conspicuously missing despite heightened political activity in the country.
The vocal politician emerged on Saturday as he accompanied Ruto to Mandera for fundraising.
Amid attacks on Deputy President since President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga March 9 handshake, Duale said the latter had brought ‘problems’ in Jubilee.
He blamed President Kenyatta for ‘bringing Raila into Jubilee’.
“Wewe President Kenyatta huwezi tuambia tuvunje vyama vyote, ili tujenge chama kimoja cha Jubilee cha umoja alafu tena utuletee ule mganga atuhangaishe vile alivunja Kanu, Narc na vyama vingine (President Kenyatta told us to dissolve all the other parties and form one party that is Jubilee. But he has now brought Raila to cause problems in it),” Duale said.
Duale spoke as Raila told off the DP over the war on graft as he spoke in Wajir during another fundraising organized by Women Rep Fatuma Gedi.
