The National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich is a person whose Fate is in the hands of the investigate agencies as pressure continues mounting calling for his immediate resignation.

Leaders from all political divide and repute have called on Rotich to down his tools as the investigation on the Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal taking center stage in the country in which Rotich is implicated in company's 'fraudulent' payment.

Taking to his twitter handle on Tuesday evening the Professor of Law at the United States of America and Kenyan born Prof.Makau Mutua called on Rotich to resign with immediate effect

"If Henry KRotich had any sense of public shame, he would by now have resigned as CS Treasury. The financial scandals under his watch are taller than Mount Kenya. His boss Uhuru Kenyatta must fire him." tweeted Prof. Mutua

Rotich who was on Tuesday morning grilled for over 6 hours over the controversy surrounding the Italian company awarded to construct the dam and payments made before the dam construction is a man on hot soup as President Kenyatta stated nobody will be spared in the corruption purge.

Local leaders including the former presidential candidate in 2013 Prof. Francis Ole Kiyapi  called on immediate resignation of Rotich just as other states ministers do in other countries.

"A Cabinet Minister resigned in Canada not for being implicated but to Protest graft in Government. Will any CS in Kenya go when implicated let a lone in protest of graft? We have to raise the bar of integrity in public service, no more excuses!" Prof.Kiyapi tweeted
