Huddah Monroe who turned 23 celebrated her birthday at the Glory Children’s Home Mathare estate in Nairobi.

The yummy socialite amazed many after she decided to celebrate her birthday with young children instead of spending it at an expensive place, like her fellow socialite Vera Sidika did.

Through her charity organisation named the Huddah Foundation, she made sure all children at the Glory Children’s Home smiled and enjoyed their day.

In one of the videos, Huddah can be seen cooking chapatis.

The well fed children were then engaged in dances and laughs.

Huddah Monroe is among Kenyan celebs who grew up in poor backgrounds.

She once posted a past photo of herself near gabage, which shows she grew up in slum areas.

Other celebs who grew up in slums include Octopizzo who grew up in Kibera and has always associated himself with Kibera.

Last week, she revealed her age through her Instagram wall, something that Kenyans didn’t take lightly.
