Bodaboda riders have publicly disowned President Uhuru Kenyatta after he rejected the Finance Bill 2018.
The riders claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta is not fit to continue serving as the Head of State.
"We cannot continue having Uhuru serving as President yet he doesn't have Kenyans interests at heart. It means he wants us to continue paying huge amounts of money to buy fuel. He is a disgrace to us," said Albert Mandugu.
Peter Oroo condemned President Uhuru saying he is the reason corruption will never end in this country.
"The so-called president should stop lying to Kenyans that he is committed to ending corruption yet he can't even stop the 16 percent VAT on all petroleum products. Kenyans should ignore him because he even imposed himself on the people after he rigged elections," said Oroo.
Frank Ondicho stated that only loyal and rich families will continue enjoying life while poor Kenyans will be suffering.
"We are buying a liter of petrol at Sh130 from the previous Sh105. As riders we will not recognise Uhuru as the President because he can't even understand the problems we are facing buying petrol at high prices," said Ondicho.
The riders were speaking during at Daraja Mbili bodaboda stage on Friday morning.
