Food can be served at your house, hotels or even orders that people make online.

If you take proper food safety precautions, for example, washing your hands with soap before eating, washing the house surfaces, proper cooking of food especially boiling of meat, then you should stop worrying about diarrhoea as your next schedule.

Most of the times people don't follow these simple hygienic rules and practices thus causing a number of illnesses not only food poisoning because the usual signs are always vomiting, diarrhoea and fever. The doctor will look for the details of what you have consumed for the last few days to find out the real cause. The details during the cross-examination are the key to determine if someone has food poisoning.

Germs like norovirus, salmonella, clostridism, perfigens are often transmitted to humans due to improper sanitation, poor boiling of food, poor storage of food and not washing your hands properly.

If you are experiencing belly glows, cramps and dizziness, it is likely that you have consumed something poisonous.

Poorly cooked chicken especially the grilled ones, beef, eggs, flour and even raw vegetables can be the cause even though you can catch bacteria anywhere like your environment, kids or even contaminated surfaces.

If all this is not from food then it is not food poisoning.

Foodborne illness is self-limited, your body can win the bacteria in a few hours or days then you will start feeling fatigued and loss of appetite.

Drinking water is the best treatment, other medications like anti-diarrhoea will just slow down the system.
