Harambee Stars, who missed their captain, beat the Black Stars of Ghana at the Moi Sports Centre, in their AFCON qualifier match. 

The Stars now sit second on the log, with Ghana coming in on third. 

It was a match to remember for the home team, who have been struggling in international matches. 

Harambee lost their first match of the group, going down 2-1 away to Sierra Leon. 

The talk before the match centered on Wanyama, who missed the match due to an injury that has kept him out of action for weeks now.
