Former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti has ruled out working with Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
Ndeti said she is not interested in working with Mutua.
She maintained that the Maendeleo Chap Chap governor was not validly elected in the August 8, 2017, election.
Addressing her supporters in Kathiani on Friday, Ndeti said she will continue agitating for change in Machakos County.
The former MP urged her supporters to remain firm asserting that it is their interests that matter most to her.
"We are going to push for change using other available channels and I urge my supporters to remain calm and peaceful," Ndeti said.
Ndeti thanked her supporters for standing with her, noting that the journey to justice is never easy.
She claimed that Machakos people have been robbed of justice and will continue to suffer under Mutua's leadership.
Ndeti said she has nothing personal against Mutua but maintained that the governor is forcing himself on Machakos people.
On Friday, Governor Mutua extended an olive branch to Ndeti urging her to work with him.
Mutua who addressed journalists moments after the Supreme Court upheld his victory said there is no point for politicians and leaders to keep political grudges.
"I am urging my sister Wavinya Ndeti to work with me for the development of our people," Mutua said.
The Chief Justice (CJ) David Maraga led Supreme Court validated Mutua's victory.
The Apex Court in its ruling said the Court of Appeal erred in annulling Mutua's election.
In June, the appellate Court nullified Mutua's victory on grounds that it failed to meet the constitutional verifiability.
The appellate Court faulted IEBC Returning Officer for using an excel spreadsheet to declare the results.
The ruling prompted Mutua to appeal the decision in the Supreme Court.
