Throughout time, Nairobi has been molding young vibrant leaders for the leadership positions and the University of Nairobi has been a leading breeding ground.

Influencing the public is all brought by the socialisation aspect of any leader with his or her prowess in conforming to the changing dynamics.

Most leaders have been student leaders at the University of Nairobi and Kenyatta University and have tapped their leadership skills from key personalities like Odinga.

The following two Parliamentarians from Nairobi County have had and enjoy the massive support:

1. Senator Johnson Sakaja

The Nairobi County Senator is one of the young senators in the August house and enjoys tantamount support and following from not only Nairobi county residents but the youthful generation across the country.

His ability to delve in and push the government to fix and figure out how to sustain its youthful population through job creation has earned him a place among the most loved young politicians in Parliament.

2. Babu Owino

The Embakasi East member of parliament has enjoyed support from especially university students across the East African member states due to his robust take on the government on matters affecting universities. Babu Owino has been a fearless leader taking on any leader trying to suppress the youths.

Last year, he warned Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni of leading a mega demonstration to Uganda after the Ugandan government arrested Bobi Wine.

Babu Owino is a revolutionary leader who has been firm on putting the youths' interests at the top of his agenda making him the most influential young parliamentarian in Kenya.
