The movie 'Us' is a 2019 American horror film which was released on March 22 on Universal pictures. The movie featuring Lupita Nyong’o has pulled in a stunning Sh7 billion in its first week of release.

Lupita plays Adelaide Wilson, a wife and mother haunted by an unresolved trauma from her childhood.

She goes on a vacation with her family and thinks something bad is going to happen. Her fears soon become reality and she is forced to fight for her survival in the haunted house.

While 'Us' has sparked discussions about race relations, Lupita is no stranger to starting conversations thanks to her participation in 'Black Panther', a film that similarly celebrated black culture.
