Activist Boniface Mwangi has sensationally claimed that Fidel Odinga died of alcoholism and drug abuse.
Mr. Odinga, the eldest son to opposition leader Raila Odinga, died in 2015 in his sleep.
And in a Twitter spat with ODM Secretary General, Mwangi lamented that the leading major parties were a 'bad influence' to youths.
"People like @edwinsifuna are in a party that has party leaders members struggling with alcoholism and drug use.
"ODM party leader lost a son to drug overdose but let him play pretend. As @UkweliParty we tackle every issue head on. So the joke is on Sifuna. #YouthInPoliticalParties," he wrote.
During Fidel's burial, his uncle Oburu Oginga, suggestively claimed that his nephew may have died out of external forces.
So delicate was his death that Raila was left gambling over the future of his family in politics.
