Nyamira County Commissioner Amos Mariba has said that Governor John Nyagarama is capable of serving Nyamira locals transparently that is if he will get support from county MCAs, MPs and senator.
Mariba, while addressing members of the public at Bogichora, urged Nyagarama to ignore his critics and focus his energies on serving the electorates.
"This is not the time Nyagarama should listen to his rivals. Let him work and ensure he is implementing all his campaign promises before he completes his term in 2022," he said.
The County Commissioner urged Nyamira residents to stand firm with Governor Nyagarama so that he will find it easy delivering his 2017 campaign promises.
"I'm appealing to residents across all corners of this country to support Nyagarama. Those insulting him should know they will affect his service delivery since he will be concentrating engaging them instead of offering quality services," he added.
Mariba reiterated that on his part he will not fail locals.
"I promise to ensure leaders who misuse public resources are dealt with accordingly and beef up security to Nyamira people," stated Mariba.
