For months now, Nyagarama is seek in public and private functions in suits, necktie and open shoes, something which irks online community.
It started when he visited former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka at Karen, then this week's trip to Bosamaro for funeral service of councillor Nyakundi Nyangwara turn Saturday meeting with Governor Wycliffe Oparanya at his Tente residence.
Throughout this trips, Nyagarama's dressing code has fairly remained the same, further eliciting ridicule from among social media critics.
But insiders say that Nyagarama's open shoes preference is precipitated by pain he endures on his limbs, something that forced him to seek medication at the US in May.
Doctors are said to have strongly advised him against wearing shoes since he's still under medication, which could last longer.
At 74, Nyagarama is struggling with old age and some body complexities which comes with that age.
He was first elected in 2013 and he remains the oldest governor sitting in the Council of Governors. Mr Nyagarama is a teacher by training and specialised in English/Literature from UoN.
