This was revealed by the deceased's sister who said that the postmortem will be conducted on Monday by a private pathologist hired by the family to determine the cause of death.

Cohen is said to have wished to be buried at the Jewish cemetery found on Wangari Maathai road.

In a bid to honour his wish the family will not conduct a requiem mass.

Cohen was found dead in a septic tank in his home in Kitisuru on Friday evening after missing for many days.

Detectives led by DCI George Kinoti arrived at the home to retrieve the body which was found in a bad condition.

His wife Sarah Wairimu has since been arrested in connection with his murder.

Family and friends have called for justice to be served to Cohen.

The Dutch businessman started living in Kenya in 1987 where he worked as the Philips East Africa chief executive officer.

Before his death, Cohen had severally complained of marital abuse.

He even posted a video of him bleeding on the face on social media claiming his wife had pushed him downstairs.
