On Saturday, Kemosi who was among the leaders during a political meeting at Kamel Park hotel in Kisii to discuss the BBI report said everyone should read the report and analyze it well before supporting it or not.

"As leaders from the diverse political side, it is important to know that BBI is intended to unite the country and not polarize it further. Politicians should not use their positions to mislead members of the public who might not have a chance to read the BBI. I personally confirm my full support for the document," he stated.

Kemosi, who was elected on a Ford Kenya Party ticket during the 2017 polls, however, insisted that elements of the report which recommends constitutional changes should be done through a parliamentary route.

"Implementation of the BBI report and its recommendations should be done in an inclusive and representation manner. The BBI should serve the interests of Kenyans and not politicians," he said.

The vocal legislator is among the members of 'Tangatanga' a political group affiliated to Deputy President William Ruto.
