Deputy President William Ruto's ally has revealed his stand on the handshake and Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).
South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro said he is not opposed to the BBI as his opponents are thinking.
"I have been attacking NASA leader Raila Odinga not because I don't support the BBI but, because he is taking advantage of the BBI and handshake to fight DP Ruto," he said.
The vocal lawmaker insisted that he is fully supporting the BBI and challenged the members in the BBI team to ensure they are working to meet the expectations of Kenyans.
"BBI team should deliver not just filling their stomachs. Kenyans need to see the importance of the initiative which came up after the historic handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga," he stated.
The legislator confirmed that he will not stop associating with DP Ruto terming him a visioned leader who is fit to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta.
He also promised constituents accelerated development in the constituency saying he will not disappoint the electorate who voted for him in the August 8, 2017 polls.
