In an interview on Radio Jambo's 'Mazungumzo Waziwazi Show' Saturday morning, Mutura noted that Raila's apparent entrance into government is unhealthy for the nation.

He observed that the Orange party leader, the most relied on government critic has left the country vulnerable to unhealthy activities by both the government and private players.

"Nchi inapokosa upinzani inakuwa ni hatari sana maana hakuna yeyote anayeikosoa serikali (this is dangerous as the government has no one to keep in in check)," he said.

He noted that Kenyans can now only look up to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) and his Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) counterpart George Kinoti for prosecution.

He said the two are the only remaining people who can now look after Kenyans after the exit of Raila's National Super Alliance (NASA) from the opposing side.

"Upinzani uliobaki sasa no ule was DPP na DCI maana hao ndio waliobaki upande wa raia (the two bodies are the only remaining opposition bodies now)," he said.

The two bodies have been in the front line in investigating, arresting and prosecuting suspected criminals lately, at a time when Raila and Uhuru has since announced their unity pact.
