Northern Wanderers continued with their worst start to the National Super League (NSL) after they were humbled 3-0 by visitors Muranga Seal at the Camp Toyoyo grounds on Sunday.
Muranga Seal started the game on the front foot after Kelvin Ayim broke the deadlock after 24 minutes before Oscar Livondo doubled the lead before the half time break.
The second half started well for Garissa-based team as they kept up the pressure for the visitors. But a late strike in the 63rd minute ended the hopes of the home side as they fell to their seventh successive defeat in the league.
The defeat now means the Wanderers are the only side yet to keep a clean sheet this season heading into game week 8.
They now find themselves bottom of the table with 0 points from seven matches and are the only side without a point.
Wanderers face Modern Coast rangers this week at home as they look for their first win of the season.
