Kemera MCA George Morara joins a host of NASA politicians from Gusii to win election appeals.
Last week, Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama, his Kisii counterpart James Ongwae and South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro had the court affirming their victory.
High Court Judge Martin Muya dismissed an application by Jubilee politician Alloys Moseti that sought to overturn Morara's victory.
"The petitioner has failed to prove bribery allegations and vote rigging given that Magistrate court did not find inconsistencies in recount.
"I hereby certify that the Third Respondent was validly elected in line with the laws and the constitution," he ruled.
The latest ruling is a setback for Jubilee party which has seen its candidates lose several election petitions.
Mr. Moeti, a former Kisii Mayor, lost to the youthful Wiper MCA in August 8th polls despite having vast experience in politics.
