President Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday visited the White House and held talks with United States President Donald Trump.

The president was accompanied by First Lady Margaret Kenyatta, who also held talks with United States First Lady Melania Trump.

The Head of State's delegation also included the acting State House Spokesperson Kanze Dena.

During the visit, Kanze took a photo with President Trump's Press Secretary on the sidelines of the meeting.

"Hekima ni kukaa na waliokutangulia na wenye busara, upate kuelewa mkondo... (Wisdom is sitting with your predecessors to understand how things are done)," she posted on Twitter.
