2. Green juice
Green juice contains different nutrients like minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
However, it is not advisable to take this juice in the morning. It can cause constipation because it does not contain fibre.
3. Flavoured nonfat yoghurt
Flavoured yoghurt is known to contain too much sugar. Excess sugar comes with more harm than good.
4. Pre-mixed oatmeal
Have you ever taken oatmeal for breakfast? Regardless of your taste and preference, Oatmeal is not the right food to take in the morning.
Pre-mixed and flavoured oatmeals are usually loaded with sugar. To make matters worse, they're usually made with instant oats, which are highly processed and lower in fibre than rolled or steel cut oats. It is advisable to look for other alternatives.
