Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino continues to maintain his stand on former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga presidency. The youthful lawmaker publicly swears that his party leader must win the upcoming 2022 presidency general elections
This time, the hopeful Babu Owino stated that Raila must-win comes what may. The Orange Democracy Movement(ODM) leader has lost several presidential elections. He lost to retired President Mwai Kibaki in 2007, after which there was post-election violence.
The violence saw President Uhuru Kenyatta, DP William Ruto, former Kass Fm radio presenter Joshua Sang and three others to the International High Court in Hague, Netherlands.
Babu Owino nows claims Raila will take the lead by voting or even bullets.
"This time Raila will be the president by ballot or bullet," Owino wrote on his official Facebook page on Thursday.
Owino's claim comes as the discussion goes on whether DP Ruto has been left out of the Jubilee government or not. Mwangi Kiunjuri's sacking from Agriculture docket on recently Cabinet reshuffle caused debate since he supports the Tanga Tanga team.
However, neither DP Ruto nor President Uhuru has spoken about the alleged gap between the two heads of state.
