Kiambu Women Rep Gathoni wa Muchomba has also come out and said she is also a victim of the Kericho hotel that kicked out Laikipia Women Rep Cate Waruguru.
Waruguru, together with her man, was kicked out of the hotel for lack of a marriage certificate.
The incident has caused a storm as the debate rages on whether a private property can demand such a document in order to allow lovebirds enjoy a night in their rooms.
Wamuchomba said she one night went to the hotel with her man and they were embarrassed by a receptionist.
“It was very embarrassing for a receptionist to ask my man who is this woman to you? What do you think you are a priest or lawyer to ask such questions?” Wamuchomba said.
The Kiambu MP said she was badly embarrassed and called on an action towards the hotel.
