Speaking during a Sunday church service at Mosoriot,  Nandi county, Ruto said Jubilee party is there to stay and that everything is intact.

“When we agreed to work with President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2013, they said it will not be possible for people from Central and those from Rift Valley to work together and it came to pass. They also said there is no way we can unite the country by forming one party but we formed Jubilee, theirs is just propaganda,” said the Jubilee deputy party leader.

DP Ruto also wondered why people who are not in Jubilee party were the ones saying that the party has a problem yet they are not the owners. He noted that Jubilee has deep roots and it is not Uhuru’s or Ruto’s party but is for Kenyans who are tired of tribal parties.

“Jubilee Party is the property of Kenyans who want development such as infrastructure, water, health, education among others and that is the strongest party ever build on the foundation of Kenyans,” he added.

Ruto who is eyeing to succeed President Kenyatta in 2022 reiterated that opposition leaders are only good at stories, propaganda and opinion polls.
