1. Find out what is really important to you

Start by taking a break to determine what is important to your life. 

Some things do not matter in our lives, but we waste a lot of time and effort on them. 

These are things you should never make a priority in your life.

2. Note your priorities down

You have to write down the things that matter most in your life. 

Write them down so that you can see whether they make sense or not.  

Highlight all the tasks you need to accomplish within a specific time frame before embarking on them. 

Make sure the list is comprehensive so that you do not skip any of them.

3. Run a short test

Set aside one week to test whether you can stick to the priorities. 

Observe all your actions and compare them with your list of priorities. 

Make sure you do not go off the track at any point in life.
