Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi has told off Deputy President over his remarks that his opponents were waiting for the endorsement to bolster them to the presidency in 2022.

Addressing a section of Busia leaders led by Governor Sospeter Ajamong’ and Bomet MCAs, Dp. Ruto set the point straight to his rivals that Jubelee party will subject all leaders into nominations. He said those who will lose will support the winners and move on.

In what seems to irk ANC leader in a statement quoted by Nation, Mudavadi said the DP Ruto “is the DP who has hit the panic button for endorsement”.

He reprimanded Dr. Ruto to stop meeting various politician from various regions who may not be significant to his presidential ambition.

"Stop moving around the country talking about imaginary politicians seeking to be endorsed by Jubilee yet it is him and his supporters who are dying to get President Uhuru Kenyatta's nod in 2022,” added Mudavadi.

Gideon Moi's  ally Gideon Moi and ODM party chair John Mbadi dismissed Ruto’s remarks putting to task on what development can boast to have done to Kenyans to substantiate his presidential bid.

“What has he done to ensure that lives of Kenyans are improved apart from dishing hand-outs?” Mr Salat asked.
