This happened at Nyatieko area on Monday after three of the MCA's workers were arrested after the police stormed into the house and got a crate of the illegal beer.

According to reports from a local FM station, the Kisii Police boss Bernard Muli said that they received the information from the concerned citizen where they went to the homestead and found the crates of unlicensed and illegal beer that is not fit for human consumption.

“We are investigating a case of suspected goods intercepted where a sorted crate was found in one if the homes of the MCA in Kisii around Nyatieko area. Officers got information from the public and from the same vicinity we got information about another bar selling the same,” Muli said.

“On storming the other bar we found similar goods to the ones we found at home. We, therefore, arrested 3 workers and we want to believe they are not the only goods circulating around. We are cracking down that kind of business and I want to believe, with help from Mwanachi we are going to win the war against the illicit drugs,” he added.
