According to Kamotho, the missing Dutch nationality who now raises questions whether he is alive or not was frequent and heavy alcohol drinker. He was also a suspected weed smoker hence making him a violent man.

According to Wairimu, the behaviour resulted in him being expelled at Windsor Golf and Country Club on 27th June 2006. Mr Coen was also banned for good six months at Muthaiga Golf Club back on the 11th of June 2013.

"The reason I feel compelled to talk about Tob's state of mind is that I believe it contextualises my alleged role in his disappearance, and it redirects efforts towards actually finding him. It is important that I give(and show) evidence of how I have been worried about his mental health for a while now, " Sarah Kamotho said in a recent interview she has since published on a family blog.

Wairimu recounts an incident back on December 2018 during her daughter's traditional wedding where she claims everything culminated into the situation they were in with his missing husband today. She says Tob had been drinking heavily that day.

"As the evening progressed, he got more and rowdier, and was soon causing a quite a scene with our guest, " she added.

Tobin was reported missing on 20th July this year where his whereabouts remain unknown to date.
