This is why you should never use ginger when in these conditions:

1. Blood disorders

From a biological point of view, ginger promotes the smooth circulation of blood across the body. It can help in alleviating some conditions such as diabetes, obesity and peripheral artery disease. People with haemophilia should avoid this herb. 

Haemophilia is a blood disorder that impairs the body's ability to control bleeding, usually passed from mother to son. Ginger worsens the condition by suppressing the drugs used in controlling the disease.

 2. Being underweight 

Ginger is known for promoting weight loss. People who need to build their body should stop using the herb. It increases the process of digestion which makes it hard for the bloodstream to absorb adequate nutrients. 

3. Pregnancy

Consuming ginger especially during your second trimester can cause miscarriage. It is reported that the herb causes uterine contraction. If you are a lover of the herb, it is advisable that you try as much as you can not to have it when pregnant and only have it once you have delivered.
