Gusii elected leaders have found themselves in trouble after missing a historic grand return of business mogul Don Bosco Gichana on Friday at Gusii stadium.
Rachael Otundo, a local politician said it was sad for elected leaders to snub the the homecoming ceremony.
"Gusii elected leaders are all politically immature because they missed the historic event on Friday," she said.
She reiterated that the leaders' decision to snub the ceremony will not hurt Gichana who is focused on helping the need people.
"He was released but, Gusii leaders who are in office must be unhappy following his release thus snubbed his grand return event," she noted.
According to her, Gichana is a threat to politicians especially in Kisii County due to his political influence in the region.
