The results showed that Cohen died from an injury on the right side of his head, which was inflicted by a blunt object.

More revelations were made on his body, which was already decomposing.

According to pathologists, Cohen had several injuries all over his body. His hands had been fractured, upper limb tore in the inside, had rib injuries, bruises on his diaphragm, bruises on the right side of his face and his earlobe had lacerations.

During the postmortem, DNA samples were obtained from his finger and toenails. More so, twigs and vegetables found on his body were also useful.

Cohen who was reported missing was found after 40 days later in a septic tank at his Kitisuru home.

Cohen's widow Sarah Wairimu is being held as the main suspect in his murder case.

Yesterday, Sarah took a plea in the murder case against her.

Appearing before High Court Judge Stella Mutuku, Sarah denied killing or having anything to do with her husband's death.

She was allowed to take her plea after her lawyer Philip Murgor was cleared to represent her in the case.

Murgor's representation had been contested by the Prosecution who claimed that he was a public prosecutor.
