The police on Wednesday called upon the public who might have any information that can lead to the arrest of the duo to give it and aid the law enforcers in bringing them to book.

Through its Twitter, the DCI has expressed its fears for the well being of the baby boy and saying officers would like to question the two over the incident.

"Can you identify these men? Do you know them? We’d like to speak to them in connection to this video that was brought to our attention-we’re extremely worried about the child. If you can recognise them or have any information that may further our investigations, kindly DM Us," the DCI says.

In the video, there are two men, one lying on the bed with the other seated, both of whom are smoking what appears to be bhang.

Both offer a puff to the boy who apparently overpowered by the influence, and takes it and smokes.

The boy who appears of age to be in nursery school is seen rocking a mohawk hairstyle with the remaining hair in the middle of the head twisted into dreadlocks.

This is an indication that he might not be going to any school where such hairstyles are not accepted.
