In a Facebook post on Wednesday, Sudi revealed that he had met the trio on Tuesday during a tour of the constituency.

The first beneficiary is a mentally challenged youth from Aturei Centre whom Sudi promised to enrol in a special school.

The MP further noted that he had also met Jerburet, an orphan from the same village.

"Yesterday when crisscrossing my constituency I made a stop at Aturei Centre, Kapseret. I came across this young boy Vincent Kipng'etich who is mentally challenged. At the same village, I learnt about Jerubet; a struggling orphan who doubles as a single mother who survives through the odd jobs in Kabongo village," read part of his post.

"I will do everything possible to see Jerubet gets out of the mess she is in now to being able to provide for her young family," he added.

The vocal lawmaker said he also interacted with other youth in the village and got a chance to listen to their grievances.

He challenged the unemployed youth in the area to engage in farming and other small scale businesses even as they seek formal employment.

"I offered to sponsor a few of them who were willing to take a driving course for them to equip themselves with driving skills," said the MP.
