Speaking on Saturday, Molo Member of Parliament Kimani Kuria fired shots at his outspoken Kapseret counterpart over Sudi's remarks after the arrest of CS Henry Rotich widely seen as disrespectful to President Uhuru.

"So please, you are a leader and you would like to be respected so respect our president, respect our deputy president, respect our leaders, " the Molo MP fired.

Kuria's remarks were a rejoinder to Oscar Sudi's tirade a few days ago in which the Kapseret MP tore at the president over the indictment of Treasury CS Rotich, who faces a raft of graft charges.

Sudi, who has a reputation for vicious, unsparing criticism, had dared President Uhuru Kenyatta to resign, saying that the head of state had failed in his work.

"Ukiona Rais haiwezi kutana na viongozi na Governors na senators wanaandamana kwa barabara iko shida (when you a president who cannot meet with governors and senators forcing them to take to the streets just know we have a problem), " the Kapseret legislator said according to the Daily Nation.

At the time of writing this article, Oscar Sudi had not responded to Kimani Kuria's criticism.
