1. Everything is all about yourself 

When your ego is control, you never see yourself as being in the wrong, look down upon people and generally never take advice from anyone. In such a situation, people will find it hard to work with you because of you poor interpersonal and interpersonal skills. 

2.You manipulate others to get what you want 

People whose egos control them believe that they are more intelligent than others and therefore seek to manipulate others into doing things according to their whims. In the long run, you lose respect from people you work with, and they may distance themselves from you if you don’t check your ego. 

3.Being too defensive
