Deputy President William Ruto now says that he has no time to engage in political gimmicks as he is busy serving Kenyans and building the nation.
DP Ruto while speaking on Saturday at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Eldoret town during the first anniversary for the late Eldoret Catholic Diocese Bishop Cornelius Korir regretted that his political enemies are busy spreading propaganda about him instead of focusing on service delivery.
"The Jubilee government has Big Four Agenda to implement and that is what I am busy doing to ensure my boss, President Uhuru Kenyatta is leaving his legacy. I am urging my rivals to venture into constructive things which will boost the lives of our people," he noted.
The DP also challenged politicians irrespective of their political affiliations to embrace unity, peace and harmony.
He warned that the law will not spare anyone caught inciting Kenyans to fight.
On the thorny issue of corruption, the second in command said; "Corruption will derail development and for this reason, therefore, I am urging civil servants not to engage in dubious dealings such as stealing public funds."
