Lands Cabinet Secretary Farida Karonei issued the warning when she paid a visit to the Eldoret lands offices on Thursday.

She further said those who will be found engaging in the graft will face the full force of the law.

The CS also insisted on the need for the officials both from the county and national government to serve Kenyans with diligence and shun fraudulent generation of title deeds.

“We will be ruthless to anyone committing fraud and engaging in corruption as it is our mandate to ensure that we give undying support and service to the people of Kenya,” said Karonei who had earlier inspected how the KCPE examinations were being conducted in several exam centres in Eldoret town.

Similar sentiments were shared by the Uasin Gishu County Lands and Physical Planning Executive Eng. Nelson Maritim who assured that his department and the county as a whole is part and parcel for the ongoing national fight against graft.

He expressed his commitment to ensuring sanity is restored in the Ministry of Lands as far as land cases are concerned.
