Atimes some girls might have grown physically but mentally she might be young as a result of her age. There is a difference that exists between a grown up woman and a girl below are some of them;
1. The self-confidence to say “no."
Girls do things they don’t want to because they don’t want to appear unlikeable by saying no. Women just say “thanks but no thanks” and move on with their lives.
2. The knowledge of what makes them sexy.
When girls become sexually active, they often feel uncomfortable talking about it with their partner until they grow up more. Women know what they like because they aren’t too shy to experiment and they can communicate that to their partner.
3. Passion for her future.
Grown women can live both gravity and grace — enjoy the moment while ensuring their future is not going to be interfered because of today’s actions but for the girls, the future can be scary.
4. A partner she is with because she wants to be, not because she needs to be.
Girls are afraid to be single. Women know their worth and that if they want a partner, they will be able to find one.
5. The confidence to ask for a raise or negotiate her salary.
Females are taught not to ask for too much lest they appear greedy. But women know that your boss and your company expect you to negotiate salary. They might not be able or willing to give you what you want, but it’s expected that you ask.
6. The ability to solve her own problems. Dad doesn’t need to come to the rescue, neither does a knight in shining armor. A woman just needs her own capable brain — and Google, to be honest.
