In an interview on Citizen TV's JKL show on Wednesday, Atowoli noted that he always speaks the truth when it comes to political matters, adding that his predictions always come to pass.

When asked to predict the candidate who will succeed the late Ken Okoth in Kibra, Atwoli argued that the deceased's brother Imran Okoth will win the polls by 10am.

"By 10am Imran will be the MP for Kibra. Take it to the bank," said Atwoli.

Atwoli insisted that he had made the right prediction, adding that he had no apologies to make over the same.

He further argued that the tendency of candidates using money to entice voters will not help them achieve much because ODM is the most popular party in Kibra Constituency.

The Kibra parliamentary seat fell vacant after the death of Ken Okoth who succumbed to cancer.

Among the candidates who will take part in the race include Imran (ODM), McDonald Mariga (Jubilee), Eliud Owalo (ANC) and Ford Kenya candidate Khamisi Butichi.

The by-election is set to be held on November 7, 2019.
