Bodaboda riders in Tabaka ward, South Mugirango Constituency in Kisii County have issued new demands to the area MP Sylvanus Osoro.

The riders, led by Peter Gwaro, said the MP should construct more bodaboda sheds across the ward. 

"As much as we agreed to re-elect MP Osoro in 2022, we wish to ask the MP to construct more bodaboda sheds across the ward for riders to shelter when it is raining and for sunny days," he said.

Mr Gwaro stated that Osoro has been doing a good job, opening up roads to ease transport but he should also consider putting up more bodaboda sheds in the region. 

Aaron Momanyi echoed Gwaro's sentiments and assured that MP full support in 2022. 

"MP Osoro should meet our needs since we will also re-elect him. During this rainy season, he must built bodaboda sheds where riders can shelter failure to which he risks losing his support," said Momanyi.

The rider's secretary Douglas Ogori, reiterated that MP Osoro has performed well unlike his predecessors.
