According to Rongo OCPD Peter Kirui, the body of Kelvin Ngui is set for an autopsy at the Rosewood Hospital morgue, reports the Citizen Digital.

Ngui's lifeless body was discovered along river Kuja within the county three weeks ago, after disappearing on September 13.

Ngui was on his fourth year doing a Bachelor's Degree in in Tourism and Hospitality.

Kirui, however, noted that the family of the deceased is yet to completely agree on the autopsy, leaving the involved parties in the dark on whether or not they will avail themselves for the exercise.

This comes barely a month after the postmortem on the body of Sharon Otieno whose body was retrieved from a thicket near Oyugis Town in the neighboring Homabay County.

Sharon was a Second year Medical Records student at the institution.

She was reportedly abducted outside Graca Hotel in Rongo Town alongside Nation reporter Barrack Oduor before she was found dead two days later.

Migori Governor Okoth Obado and some of his associates have since been implicated in her abduction and murder.

The Governor and his aides Michael Oyamo and Caspal Obiero have however, distanced themselves from the killing.
